- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.
International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please be aware of any customs and import duties that may be applied by your country, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. Kiyano Overseas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damages
- Kiyano Overseas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
